Access To Provide Services To Chaplin Seniors
August 2007 - The Town of Chaplin has contracted with ACCESS to serve as the town's Municipal Agent for the Elderly, providing Chaplin senior citizens and their families a broad range of services that includes: energy assistance, crisis intervention, weatherization, assistance with Medicare Part D, renters' rebate applications, emergency food and income tax assistance. An ACCESS Agency staff member will be at the Chaplin Senior Center on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month to serve residents. ACCESS will provide services closer to home for people who might find it difficult to travel to one of our offices. ACCESS currently provides similar services to Columbia and Willington.
