Shoshana Merced – Access Senior Housing of Parker Place

As a daughter of parents who were long-term customers of Access that had received fuel assistance, monthly food supplements, and help with financial budgets, Shoshana pursued a career in social services. Upon completing her MSW she quit her retail job and was looking for a career in her field. Luck would have it that Access was hiring! Shoshana wanted to make a difference in the communities where she lives, “I am where I am supposed to be,” she said. She loves working with the senior residents of two of the complexes owned & operated by Access. Shoshana feels a real sense of community among the residents.
